One juice cleanse is an intensive detox method and can lead to side effects such as headaches, dizziness, skin blemishes, cold sensations, mood swings, aching limbs, tiredness and lack of concentration in some people. These symptoms are mostly due to the body's adaptation and usually disappear after a few days. The body sometimes needs one to two days to get used to the change. For minor complaints such as headaches, our vegetable broth can often help. However, if you have persistent symptoms, we recommend stopping the cure and consulting a doctor.

Drink plenty of water and rest to support the detoxification process. Our vegetable broth can also help to alleviate the symptoms.

How does the exchange and return process work at LiveFresh?

As the shelf life of our products is very limited, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, please contact our Happy Service and we will find a solution together.

Where is my LiveFresh delivery?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days after dispatch, please contact our Happy Service Team and we will find a solution together.

Is LiveFresh sustainable?

Yes, sustainability is very important to us. Our juices are made from regional and seasonal ingredients. We use recyclable packaging and are constantly working to reduce our ecological footprint. Our entire company is climate neutral. Check out our blog for more information on our sustainable practices.

Further sustainability measures:

  • Green electricity from our own photovoltaic system: We use the sun. We have been continuously expanding our sources of green electricity for years and use almost all the land at our site to generate green electricity.
  • Green energy from waste: After pressing our fruit & vegetables, the pomace (press residue) is converted into green energy at our regional biogas plant.
  • Planting trees in Germany: We offset our remaining CO2 emissions with a regional climate protection project by planting trees in Germany.
  • Recycled PET: We use 100% recycled PET for our bottles.

Our juices and juice cures are produced in our own production facility in Inzigkofen-Engelswies, near Lake Constance. This enables us to guarantee the highest quality standards and freshness. Our innovative production facility allows us to monitor every step of the manufacturing process and ensure that only the best ingredients are used. This allows us to ensure the quality and nutritional content of our products at all times. The ingredients for our food cures are carefully selected and supplied by trusted partners to ensure the same high quality.
