Preparation:

  1. Prepare the rice and ras el hanout according to the packet instructions.

  2. Then wash the cucumber, cut in half and remove the inside of the cucumber to create small boats

  3. Now fill the cucumber boats with rice, add the ras el hanout and top with sriracha sauce
